At H&D, we're passionate about good physical therapy.
Not 4 or 5 patients an hour physical therapy. Not let me quickly check you out and have my aides keep an eye on you physical therapy. Not e-stim, cold pack, co-pay physical therapy.
At H&D, we think good physical therapy requires 60 minutes of 1-on-1 care. That's what it takes to understand what kind of care an individual needs - and to help people do the things they want to do and to accomplish the things they couldn't imagine doing.

My experience at H&D was completely pleasureable. It was a delight working with Michele.

I was very happy and thoroughly impressed that H&D was willing to call patients and ask them if they wouldn't mind swapping appointments with me so that I didn't have to cancel this week’s therapy due to a work conflict I had.

For six months, Seth Greiner at H&D treated me for both shin splints and shoulder surgery rehab. Seth did an amazing job. Apart from being very empathetic and comfortable to work with, Seth was highly creative in coming up with exercises I could do to help myself in the long term. I am now lifting heavy weights regularly and recently ran a half-marathon in the best time of my life. I feel great! Definitely, H&D's one-on-one set up combined with its high quality staff such as Seth makes for most effective physical therapy.

As a runner with a serious and painful torn muscle, I was anxious about the recovery process. Dustienne not only ‘fixed’ what was wrong, but also found and fixed problems that I was’nt aware of that probably caused the injury.
